  2. Consumer: A person engaged in electronic commerce for the purpose of obtaining products or services offered through the store's online platform.
  3. The Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions of this document, which govern the relationship between the parties.

Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer:

  1. The consumer affirms that they have the legal capacity, religiously and legally, to engage with the store or are at least 18 years of age.
  2. The consumer agrees to bear all consequences of any breach of this article in relation to third parties.

Article 3 – Nature of the Obligation:

  1. The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide the service or product.
  2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales service, depending on the nature and type of the service or product.

Article 4 – Usage Regulations:

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s platform in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer must not use any product or service in a way that violates public morals or the laws of the Kingdom.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

By applying to join as a member, the user agrees to:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, and agrees to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
  2. The store is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from disclosure of your username or password.
  3. You are fully responsible for your account usage, and if someone else uses it, it is presumed you have authorized them.
  4. Use the store seriously and truthfully.
  5. Provide accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information and keep it updated.
  6. The store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details confidentially.
  7. If it is found that you provided false, outdated, or illegal information, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your account without affecting its other legal rights.

  2. The consumer agrees that all communications, agreements, and notifications provided electronically are equivalent to written ones and are legally binding.
  3. The consumer agrees to receive general or targeted messages from the store regarding any updates or terms.

Article 7 – Modifications to the Agreement and Fees:

  1. The invalidity of any article or clause does not affect the validity of the rest of the agreement.
  2. This agreement, which may be updated as needed, forms the operating mechanism between the store and the consumer.
  3. The store may impose fees depending on the products, services, or governmental requirements.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or waive any fees as per the terms of the agreement.

Article 8 – Payment and Billing Services:

  1. The store provides payment services via its partners, either online or via other methods.
  2. The store commits to setting fair market prices for its products or services.
  3. The store must provide receipts and invoices for all transactions and purchases.
  4. The store applies recognized accounting standards in line with legal and commercial regulations.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property:

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the store, whether before or after its launch, belong solely to the store.
  2. The consumer must respect all intellectual property, including the store’s name, logos, and symbols.

Article 10 – Store Responsibility:

  3. The store and its representatives commit to ensuring all products/services are legal, approved, and used for lawful purposes.

Article 11 – Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store has the right to suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or access at any time, without notice, and for any reason.


Article 12 – Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article 13 – General Provisions:

  1. If any clause is deemed invalid, it does not affect the rest of the agreement.
  2. This agreement forms the official understanding between the store and the consumer.
  3. The Arabic language prevails in interpreting or translating this agreement.
  4. Prices for products or services may change at any time.
  5. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled by the store at any time.
  6. Both parties must interact in accordance with Islamic law and Saudi regulations.
  7. This agreement may only be terminated by a formal decision from the store’s management.
